Experience the Magic of Sound Healing
The combined vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, rattles, chimes and bells activate a healing journey ("sound bath") into the depths of your consciousness. Each singing bowl emits a specific frequency, which resonates with a particular chakra in your body.
The sound bath guides you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. As your brain hears these sacred tones and your body feels the vibrations, energetic balance and harmony is restored. Any blockages and stagnations in your energy centers are released, allowing your body to realign with a frequency of health and divine connection.
The frequencies permeate your body and energy fields, gently releasing stored subconscious traumas and emotional wounds. The tones of the bowls entrain your brain to a theta brainwave state, which is where your subconscious is stored. This allows for powerful transformation of
early life and past life experiences.
Because sound healing attunes you to a higher vibration and connects you more fully with Source energy, it can enliven and activate various gifts arising from your connection to the divine. As the sacred frequencies resonate with your spirit, your pineal gland opens, enhancing spirit vision and awakening, your crown opens to receive more information from Spirit, and your root expands to ground in these gifts. Group Sound Baths
I guide in-person sound healing journeys for group gatherings around various locations in MD. I also lead a sound bath most months in Barrington, NJ at Evolution Fitness. You can check out my events page for dates & sign up info!
For group events, I recommend bringing a mat to lay on, a blanket for comfort and also a pillow/eyeshade if you desire. Plan to stay about 1.5 hours
Price varies by event location, it is usually around $25-35/person.

Private Sound Alchemy Session
A private sound bath is an opportunity for you to have a more personalized healing experience. These are 1-on-1 sessions where I guide you on a meditation journey through sound for deep healing and restoration.
This mystical journey is guided by your specific intentions, so as we flow through, I create the medicine music based on what your energy body needs to rebalance and activate.
This is even more powerful than a group setting as my energetic support is solely focused on you~ facilitating relaxation, clearing & expansion. As part of the sound bath, I play drum rhythms uniquely based on what your body needs for healing and I also play chimes over your body and throughout your field.
*please note: there is no physical touch involved with these sessions
You can wear whatever clothing helps you feel most comfortable and I recommend having some water with you.

Private Sound Alchemy Options:
Option 1 ~ I come to you!

Enjoy all of the comforts of your own home, no travel needed. We will need enough space for you to lie down and have a few feet to one side of you for the healing instruments (about a 5' across x 4' long space). While most people prefer to lay down, feel free to sit on a couch/chair, as long as you are comfortable. I recommend having a blanket and pillow available. Your furry friends are welcome to join us! Most animals enjoy sound healing as they also receive great benefit.
Please allow a 2 -- 2.5 hr window for us to be together. The sound bath itself is 1 hour, there is a period after for us to reflect on your experience and also includes setup and pack up time.
*cash or check is preferred, but I do accept credit/debit cards for an additional $5 fee.
**pricing applies to those within a 40 mile radius of Frederick, MD. I am happy to expand my travel if you are farther away, please contact me to discuss pricing with travel fee.

Option 2 ~ meet me at a healing studio!

Come join me at a beautiful, quiet healing space in either Keedysville or Braddock Heights where all you have to do is show up and receive. There is a comfortable massage table for you to lay on for extra coziness and pillow, bolster and blankets are provided.
The table you lay on at the Keedysville location has the added benefit an amethyst biomat and optional heat for added healing & comfort! Read below for amethyst biomat benefits. This location is a private residence used for healing sessions owned by my colleague Susan.
The Braddock Heights location is a beautiful healing studio owned by my colleague Mona. While your eyes will be closed, there are gorgeous nature views from all angles. Both spaces have calming, expansive energy and it is your choice which location you'd like to meet at.
Overall, plan to be with me for about 2 hr. The sound bath itself is 1 hour with a period before for intention setting & after for us to reflect on & discuss your experience.

Option 3 ~ we meet virtually on Zoom!

With this option, we can connect from anywhere in the world! While your physical body experiences the vibrations a little differently than if we were in person, you still receive incredible benefits for your physical body, your mental/emotional health & your spiritual connection. This is a healing meditation experience, so I recommend laying or sitting somewhere comfortable that your body can relax into, somewhere quiet that you won't be disturbed. Headphones or a nice speaker are highly recommended, so you can hear the full spectrum of healing frequencies (particularly the buffalo drum-- device audio loses the depth of the drum).
These 1- on -1 personalized virtual sound alchemy sessions are recorded & sent to you with the option to download, so you can continue to tap in to this healing for the rest of your life :D
Plan to be online with me for 1.5 hours. We will spend a few minutes at the beginning discussing your goals so the sound alchemy session is personalized for your intentions. The sound bath itself is 1 hour, along with a period after for us to reflect on & discuss your experience.
