Intuitive Energy Healing
I have developed my own unique method of energy healing through my work with Spirit, which has continued to evolve over time. As an intuitive healing, each session is different based on your goals & what needs to be transformed. This is a gentle & relaxing experience that shifts your entire energy field, transmuting stagnant energy & emotional wounds, along with clearing harmful energies from past lives & other sources. In my energy healing method I am able to work with your brain energy, further supporting you in being your most radiant self!
These sessions are multidimensional alchemy, allowing for full soul benefit!
How does the session go?
In a safe, compassionate space, we explore what areas of your life you’d like to improve upon. Your goals & intentions can be physical, mental, emotional &/or spiritual- all aspects of you are welcome.
We begin the session by connecting with each other, the earth, our guides & light being helpers as I lead us in a few minutes of guided meditation, to enhance your feeling of presence & connection.
As I transition into more detailed analysis & transformation of your energy, I will be working with your auric field and "etheric brain" ~ the intricate energetic system encompassing your current life's experiences and energy streams from other lifetimes & ancestral connections.
I intuitively work with Spirit to shift, clear & transmute the various energy stagnations & imbalances that are revealed. Past life wounds still affecting you can be released for your highest benefit. Your chakras, meridians & physical structures are enlivened & balanced. Source energy heals you throughout multiple dimensions. Some people like to lay down while receiving healing, others prefer to sit.
(During my in person energy healing sessions I may also use various sound frequencies to further enhance your transformation ~ tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, &/or chimes (intermittently). Frequency is the foundation of our universe & is an ancient, powerful healer - I am excited to be incorporating more of these sacred frequencies into my energy work. For right now, I can include these additions for my in person clients only, as unfortunately, my virtual technology is not supportive of this type of dynamic.)
To conclude our time, I will provide a brief, verbal summary of what arose during the healing & what you can expect moving forward. These are fluid, soulful healing sessions and not "readings"*.
*some of you that have worked with me before in my Quantum Timeline Healing sessions are used to receiving detailed past life interpretations & asking for channeled insights into future decisions. While I love being able to provide illumination in these areas, that is no longer how I'm being called to use my gifts.
My energy healing sessions are done remotely via Zoom and are generally 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
Additionally, I open a few spots each month for in person energy healing sessions. There are 2 beautiful locations available for us to meet at~
Keedysville, MD or Braddock Heights, MD
Everything to be comfortable is provided for you~ lay on a massage table with cozy blankets, pillow & eye shade. The Keedysville location has the added benefit of a heated table with an amethyst biomat!
We are together 90 minutes. These sessions do not involve physical touch or instruments used in physical contact with the body.

Healing is a Journey
Each person is unique and so is their healing journey. When we work together, I am walking beside you. Our healing is always in our own hands and yet we all need help sometimes. I am here to assist you by utilizing my various skills and techniques to provide direction for the shift in energies and to pull in higher frequency energies into 3D for your healing.
I work collaboratively with your soul and both of our spirit teams to transmute the root causes of your symptoms for your highest benefit and to achieve your stated goals. Your body and energy systems want to maintain balance and allow you to live in a harmonious state. Healing happens naturally when blockages are removed. As subtle energies are transformed, your symptoms can lessen and resolve.
Because we are eternal beings of light and many of us have incarnated countless times ~ so called "old souls"~ there can be many energetic layers to be peeled back before full symptom resolution. An energy healing session will create immediate, noticeable changes for most people and some symptoms will resolve quickly, but it's important to realize that some goals may take multiple sessions to have lasting improvement.
In each session you have with me, I will ask what physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or spiritual goals you want to work on. I will clear and transmute everything that arises during the session, along with activating & integrating more supportive energy streams. I will explain these transformations to you at the end, and you can always ask questions about what came you. You will have a clear understanding of how the energetic shifts from the session can improve your current life experience.
