Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Return, Refund & Cancellation policy applies to all purchases made from Quantum Radiance Healing, including, but not limited to, physical products, digital products, services, and subscriptions. This policy defines eligibility, applicable circumstances, and timeframes for returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations, so you, the customer, have clear shopping & purchase expectations.

 

Return, Refund & Exchange Process for Physical Products

 

Returns & Exchange Requests

Returns are accepted for physical products, only if the item(s) arrives damaged/defective or significantly different than described.

Depending on the situation, customer can request a replacement product be sent (an “exchange”). If an exchange is processed, the replacement item will be of equal value to original purchase. Customer is not responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. Quantum Radiance Healing may request the original item(s) be shipped back, in which case Quantum Radiance Healing will cover the cost of return shipping, along with shipping cost of the replacement item(s).

 

Refunds

A refund will be processed for a return if an exchange is not possible or is not desired by the customer. Item(s) must be in original condition, as it was received, with all components and packaging. Quantum Radiance Healing may request the original item(s) be shipped back, in which case Quantum Radiance Healing will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Refunds for physical products due to damaged arrival will include the cost of the item(s), shipping fees, and taxes unless otherwise stated or discussed.

 

Unless included in the circumstances described above, physical products are not eligible for refunds.

 

Process & Timeframes

Customer must contact Quantum Radiance Healing about returns, refunds & exchanges within 3 days of receiving their order. Email heather@quantumradiance.net with any and all concerns about orders. Please allow 48 hours for a response, if one is not received in that time frame, reach out via quantumradiance.net Contact Box or text 301-732-7008.

 

Include in the email the name on the order, order/invoice number, and description of the problem, along with if exchange or refund is desired.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of Quantum Radiance Healing receiving the original item back (if applicable). If it’s not necessary to return the item(s), refunds will be processed within 7 days of refund request resolution. It can take an additional 7 days for refunds to show up in customer’s bank / credit card transactions after it is sent.

 

Refund Method

Every effort will be made to refund customer via original payment method. If that is not an available option, refunds can be sent via Zelle, PayPal or a mailed check.

 

Customer can always request a Quantum Radiance eGift Card as a refund method.

 

Refunds for Digital Products

 

Digital products are not eligible for refunds. If customer is unhappy with their purchase, contact heather@quantumradiance.net to discuss and every effort will be made to resolve the issue.

 

Refund & Cancellation Process for Subscriptions

 

Refunds

Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

 

Cancellation

Subscriptions must be cancelled 5 days prior to next scheduled payment.

 

Refund & Cancellation Process for Services

 

Quantum Radiance Healing services include, but are not limited to, energy healing, sound healing (aka sound baths or sound alchemy) , and oracle card reading.

 

Refunds

Services already provided are not eligible for refunds. If customer is unhappy with the service they received, contact heather@quantumradiance.net to discuss and every effort will be made to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds for in-person group sound bath events that require pre-registration are determined on a case-by-case basis by the owner of the event space. Note: Quantum Radiance Healing may direct customer to contact the owner of the event space directly. The paperwork provided by each event space details their specific refund and cancellation policies.

 

Cancellation

Scheduled services should be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules can be made via email, phone, or the Contact Box on quantumradiance.net. As of February 22, 2024 there is no cancellation fee for missed appointments. Missed appointments can be rescheduled at an agreeable time, however if multiple appointments are missed without contact (“no show”), Quantum Radiance Healing reserves the right to discontinue services or implement any additional policies needed (ex. non-refundable session deposit).

 

Refunds are an option for scheduled services that have been paid for and not yet provided if customer does not want to reschedule at a later date. This only applies to appointments that are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds processed for services not yet rendered will be sent via original payment method.
